Your Contribution 

  • Support the CoE Talent Mobility team in managing international assignments and permanent transfers
  • Deliver Talent Mobility activities and ensure smooth execution of the processes
  • Act as the operational and administrative point of contact for employees and internal stakeholders
  • Prepare assignment documentation, including assignment letters, cost projections, balance sheets, and other required documents
  • Coordinate payroll processes, including preparation and updates of payroll sheets, and liaise with payroll teams across Europe
  • Maintain accurate data entries in HR systems (e.g. SAP HR, People Doc)
  • Handle visa, social security documentation and other administrative requirements
  • Collaborate on process development and improvement initiatives within Talent Mobility
  • Monitor and report Talent Mobility KPIs; create reports for management

 

Your experience & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of professional experience in an international HR function, preferably in Global Mobility
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills; proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with HR systems (SAP HR, People Desk) is an advantage.
  • Professional English language skills (spoken and written); German language is a plus.
