HR SSC Team Leader (m/f/d)
Your Contribution
Leadership
- Supervise the SSC team for the respective countries in scope of responsibilities
- Ensure a strong and motivated team by driving the alignment between the team members and the company targets, setting and monitoring of such
- Support team in solving urgent issues in the responsible area
- Recruit, coach team members, set goals, evaluate skill development, develop individual action plans and train team as needed
Process support & improvement
- Supervise day to day operations in the responsible area and ensure delivery of services in accordance with agreed SLAs and KPIs as well as adherence to global and regional guidelines, processes and methodologies provided by regional and global Centers of Expertise
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, policies and procedures
- Drive process improvement and standardization projects within the team
Communication, Enablement & Stakeholders
- Manage regular relationships with local organizations’ representatives (Payroll, Employee Relations Partner, HR Business Partner)
- Lead and participate in projects involving responsible area
- Cooperate and exchange knowledge with other processes/ teams
- Contribute in transition and transformation projects
Your Experience and Qualification
- Min.3 years of professional experience in the area of Experience in one or more HR processes in the SSC/BPO environment
- Knowledge of HR Shared Services processes and understanding of business needs
- Leadership skills with intercultural and diverse teams
- Basic knowledge - IT HR Systems : Success Factors, People Doc, SAP HR and ticketing system
- Very good Microsoft 365 skills, especially within Teams, PowerPoint and Excel
- Academic degree or equivalent diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Fluent German and English language skills are required; additional language skills are considered a plus
- Solid organization, planning, and communication skills
