Your role & responsibilities:
You will be supporting HR services by guiding employees, coordinating HR-related tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within HR SSC.
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries via various channels (ticketing system, phone, chat).
- Respond to employee queries, manage cases, and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Process HR data changes and create tickets for data corrections or requests.
- Prioritize incoming requests and follow standard procedures to resolve them efficiently.
- Direct employees to internal policies or external providers as needed.
- Collaborate with other SSC team members and participate in improvement projects and feedback loops.
- Ensure high-quality customer service while adhering to global HR guidelines and processes.
Your skills & strengths:
- Experience or strong interest in HR processes, ideally in a Shared Services or BPO environment
- Understanding of HR Shared Services and employee support functions
- Familiarity with HR IT systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, PeopleDoc, SAP HR) and ticketing tools is a plus
- Very good Microsoft 365 skills, especially within Teams, PowerPoint and Excel
- Academic degree or equivalent diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Fluent English and one of the following languages: Polish, German, Portuguese, Italian
- Solid organization, planning, and communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment
