HR SSC Specialist for Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

In this role you will support Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding team across Europe by coordinating recruitment processes and ensuring efficient administration of hiring activities.

Your Contribution

• Support Talent Acquisition activities through recruitment process coordination and administration
• Maintain recruitment-related data, records, and documentation in HR systems
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate communications
• Prepare reports and ensure data accuracy within recruitment tools and systems
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives across the region
• Contribute to process improvements and take on additional recruitment-related activities as your experience grows

Your Experience & Qualifications

• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, or HR
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Fluency in English
• University degree (or ongoing studies) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and HR systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors) will be an advantage
