HR SSC Specialist Talent Management
Your Contribution
- Administer and maintain Talent Management activities in SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems.
- Coordinate end-to-end Learning & Development activities, including participant enrollment, training scheduling, learner tracking, reporting, and related administration.
- Support the setup and maintenance of development programs, training content, user access, and qualification records.
- Process Talent Management requests and provide administrative support to employees and stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and adherence to established Talent Management processes and standards.
- Prepare reports, track KPIs, and support talent-related analytics and reporting activities.
- Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and global Talent Management projects and system enhancements.
Your Experience & Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in HR administration, Talent Management, Learning & Development, or Shared Services environments.
- Practical experience with Learning Management Systems and HR technologies; SAP SuccessFactors experience is an advantage.
- Understanding of modern Talent Management, learning, and development processes and tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
- Independent, structured, and detail-oriented working style with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Fluent English language skills; knowledge of the automotive industry is considered an advantage.
