Global Senior SSC Specialist - Executive Recruiting & PMO
In this position you will deliver seamless end-to-end executive recruiting by coordinating high-level hiring processes, managing stakeholders and agencies, and ensuring consistent, high-quality candidate experience aligned with global standards.
Your Contribution
- Support end-to-end executive recruiting processes, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Coordinate and schedule executive-level interviews and assessment centers in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Execute daily operational activities related to sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding of executive level positions in alignment with global standards and processes.
- Support agency management activities, including coordination, evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain and update global recruiting and onboarding templates, materials, and documentation.
- Support global projects and initiatives by consolidating regional inputs, preparing materials, and tracking key deliverables.
- Prepare presentations, communication materials, training content, and stakeholder updates while ensuring effective communication.
Your Experience & Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Operations, or HR Shared Services.
- Experience supporting recruitment processes, preferably including interview coordination, senior stakeholder management, and agency collaboration.
- Experience working in international environments and collaborating with stakeholders across different regions and organizational levels.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and experience working with HR systems.
- Fluent English, German language would be an advantage, combined with a structured, service-oriented, and detail-focused working style, ensuring confidentiality and integrity.
