Your Contribution:

  • Serve as first Travel Management contact for Employees and Country HR Travel Responsible to suport that Travel and hospitality related processes may  be executed according to MAHLE specific internal guidelines and legal requirements in a smooth way with postivie end user experience. 
  • Serve as main point of contact for Employees inquiries via various intake channels such as case management tool, ticketing system, phone, chat etc.
  • Create tickets on behalf of the Employees or Country HR Travel Responsible for data issues and maintenance / requests and escalates to Travel management higher level of support/ external support if needed
  • Manage cases that describe Employee issues in the area of responsibility, support system navigation, helps with overall Travel related queries
  • Proceed data changes in Concur and related system​s
  • Assisting in other day-to-day activities  and projects within the scope of the assigned area
  • Provide regular feedback for updating Q&As, improving processes etc.
  • Provide technical and process help for all countries 
  • Creation of system related global instructions and materials eg. click instructions, train the trainer materials, manuals etc.
  • Maintenace of global travel intranet site
  • System accesses management – profile settings, delegates, approvers assigned, login issues 
  • Create knowledge base and templates based on incoming queries
  • Ensure that SLA is fulfilled, and service is within provided KPIs
  • Ability to handle confidential information with due care, in compliance with legal internal regulaitons


Your Experience & Qualifications:

  • Experience with Concur system
  • Experience in customer support
  • Preferably experience in Travel related proces and administrational tasks 
  • Very good English
  • Higher education level 
  • Experience in SSC is an advantage
  • Microsoft Office fluency
  • Very good interpersonal, communication skills including the ability to clearly present recommendations and ideas to solve customer issues
