Controller Specialist (Reporting & Controlling Specialist)

Your role & responsibilities:

• Prepare and collect relevant reporting data from internal sources​
• Prepare and review month end closing reports and provide analysis ​
• Perform controlling activities from various areas​
• Conduct various analysis of data, report findings, implement actions and monitor progress​
• Support planning and budgeting activities​
• Provide support to HQ in Germany and Plant Controllers in Europe locations​
• Support process optimization and standardization​
• Create and update process manuals documentation​
• Participate in cross-team projects to bring tangible improvements

Your skills & strengths:

• University degree in finance or related studies (min. bachelor degree)​
• Solid experience in data analysis and visualization​
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), SAP knowledge desirable​
• Working experience of min 2 years in Controlling / Finance​
• Experience in a production company is an advantage
• High service orientation and ability to work in a team​
• Strong solution-based attitude as well as a quality awareness​
• Good communication and presentation skills​
• Pro-active approach and self-motivation​
• Very good English, German is an advantage
