Your Contribution
- Drive HR Digitalization Projects: Coordinate the implementation of HR digitalization initiatives for Germany, based on global guidelines, and continuously optimize HR processes.
- Support HR IT Systems: Help implement our HR IT landscape, define country-specific requirements, and manage testing, releases, and change requests.
- Be the Go-To Expert: Ensure smooth regional HR system support in collaboration with global process and solution owners.
- Collaborate Across Borders: Work closely with international project teams, internal stakeholders (HR, payroll, works council, global CoEs, HR IT, data protection), and external partners.
- Innovate & Improve: Contribute to the development of new methods and tools in partnership with global teams.
- Empower Others: Support training and enable departments to use new applications and functionalities effectively, ensuring clear documentation and guidelines.
Your Experience & Qualifications
- A degree in digital business, business informatics, business administration, or similar.
- Proven project management experience in HR/IT.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and systems, with hands-on experience in HR IT platforms (e.g., SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, UKG PeopleDoc).
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, combined with a proactive and structured approach.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in an intercultural environment.
- High team spirit and social competence.
- Fluent English; German is a plus.
