CRM Dynamics 365 Specialist

The CRM Dynamics 365 specialist will be responsible for leading projects and supporting day to day activities and issues within the area of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, including interfaces to SAP ECC and S/4HANA.

Your Contribution:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all D365 system-related issues, inquiries, and requests from internal stakeholders
• Responsible for the implementation of D365, working with stakeholders to understand requirements, and designing solutions
• Coordination and support of Microsoft Teams and Exchange integration
• Liaise with internal staff to ensure that business requirements are fulfilled.
• Implement changes to the D365 configuration
• Management of external support providers
• Developing and delivering functional and user testing sessions when needed (upgrades, new functionality, reported bugs)
• Stay up to date with the latest D365 features, industry trends, and best practices, and leverage this knowledge to drive system optimization and innovation

Your Experience & Qualifications: 

• Advanced and proven experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement: Sales, Marketing, Customer Service und Field Service) and the ability to pick up various IT systems quickly
• Strong technical background and understanding of D365 system architecture and infrastructure
• Strong experience of the Power Platform (PowerAutomate, PowerApps, Power BI) and API integrations (especially SAP integration)
• Experience with integration of Microsoft Teams and Exchange
• Skills in relevant programming languages (Jscript, Typescript, C-Sharp [C#]) and Azure services
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications required
• University degree in Computer Science (Bachelor or Master) preferred but may substitute other technical certification in a related field
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Solid knowledge of IT project management, agile methodologies and practices
• SAP ERP (ECC, S/4HANA) SD knowledge
• Understanding of Sales processes
• Automotive (OE, OES and Aftermarket) process experience and knowledge desirable
• Excellent English
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work in global team
• Experience in preparing the Functional Specification Documents, Technical Specification, Test Scenarios & Test Scripts
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
