Your Contribution

 

You will lead and support engineering activities across prototype builds, mass production, and customer-related projects, manage investment and machine introduction initiatives, drive Smart Factory improvements through automation and IIoT technologies, apply AI camera or machine vision systems to improve product quality, implement Poka‑Yoke and quick change‑over solutions, and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth and successful project execution.

 

  • Lead and support engineering activities for prototypes, mass production, and customer projects.
  • Plan and manage investment projects, including new machine introduction, replacement planning, and capacity studies.
  • Drive Smart Factory initiatives such as automation, IIoT, and real‑time data systems.
  • Support the application of AI camera or machine vision systems for inspection and quality improvement.
  • Implement Poka‑Yoke, quick change‑over, and support basic troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis.
  • Work closely with Quality, Production, Maintenance, and Suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

 

Your Experience & Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or related fields).
  • 3–5 years of experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry (preferred).
  • Experience in production engineering, automation, or machine integration.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in 2D/3D CAD and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good command of English and Thai (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Experience with production automation or machine integration is a plus.
  • Experience or exposure to AI camera systems or machine vision applications is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of data analytics or industrial databases (e.g., SQL) is a plus.
  • Basic coding knowledge (e.g., Python, C#, or PLC languages) is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with IIoT or SCADA systems is a plus.
  • Willingness to work on-site at MAHLE Engine Components (Thailand) Ltd. – Bangchan industrial estate, Bangkok.
