Process and Manufacturing Engineer (MECT)

Responsibilities:

• Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe,efficient manner.
• Cooperate with other sections to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labor required.
• Diagnosing problems in production and providing recommendations and training.
• Keeping abreast of advancements in engineering and production and sharingknowledge with co-workers.
• Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement.
• Responsible to find the Improvement project to support company targets.
• Responsible for a new process, new technology, and new equipmen implementation.
• Responsible for jobs related to support prototypes, production, and customer projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in a technical role; Foundry preferred.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills and strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel analysis and presentation.
• Fluently with Auto Cad or some drawing program.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
• Ability to read and produce technical reports and diagrams of manufacturing processes.
• Ability and willingness to work with all levels of the company.
• Ability to contribute to manufacturing strategy.
