Your Contribution

 

You will be the Controller Manager leading financial control, cost management, budgeting, financial KPI analysis, and plant performance tracking. This role is key to providing strategic insights to management, strengthening financial discipline, ensuring accounting compliance, and improving performance through KPI monitoring.

 

• Lead preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Conduct financial KPI analysis and monitor overall plant performance.
• Track, analyze, and report key KPIs: Return on Sales (ROS), Return on Capital Employed (ROCE), Inventory Stock Days, Cost Saving Ratio, Operating Net Cash Flow and PCQ (Labor Cost per Sales).
• Manage cost planning, cost‑control processes, and cost‑center reporting.
• Develop and oversee annual budgeting and long‑term financial planning.
• Supervise SAP (Controlling Module), month‑end closing, and GAAP/IFRS compliance.
• Collaborate with operations, production, planning, procurement, and sales for KPI improvement.
• Provide financial insights for pricing, quotations, and business negotiations.
• Strengthen internal controls, manage financial risks, and prevent discrepancies or fraud.
• Lead, coach, and develop the cost control and finance team.
• Support ISO, safety, environmental, and quality management systems.

 

Your Experience & Qualifications

 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
• 8–10 years in cost control, management accounting, or financial management, with 3–5 years in leadership.
• Strong command of English and Thai (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP (Controlling Module).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and cross‑functional communication skills.
• Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, ACCA) are an advantage.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Strong capabilities in: Strategic financial management, Cost accounting & financial analysis, Problem‑solving and decision‑making, Leadership and team development and Business partnering and communication.
• Willingness to work on‑site at MAHLE Engine Components (Thailand) Co., Ltd. – Serithai Road, Bangkok.
