Operation Improvement Manager - Japanese Speaking (MECT)

Your Contribution

You will drive plant-wide operational excellence initiatives through TPM, MPS, Lean Manufacturing, and cross-functional continuous improvement programs to deliver measurable business results.

• Lead and coordinate operational improvement programs across the manufacturing plant.
• Drive TPM and MAHLE Production System (MPS) deployment to enhance productivity, quality, and operational stability.
• Facilitate Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and cross-functional Kaizen projects to eliminate losses and process bottlenecks.
• Establish improvement roadmaps, monitor project progress, and track business benefits realization.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Planning, and Logistics teams to ensure successful execution of improvement initiatives.

Your Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-15 years of experience in automotive manufacturing with strong exposure to TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement.
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional projects and driving plant-wide operational improvement programs.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
• Business-level English communication skills; Japanese language capability (JLPT N2 or equivalent) will be an advantage.
• Willingness to work on-site at MAHLE Engine Components (Thailand) Ltd., Bangchan Industrial Estate, Bangkok.
