Material Planning Officer (MECT)

Your Contribution

You will support the material planning team to ensure materials arrive on time for production. Your main tasks involve coordination, basic follow‑up, and simple documentation under supervision.

• Help plan and arrange materials needed for production.
• Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders on incoming materials.
• Follow up delivery schedules and report any delays.
• Support coordination with production, warehouse, and other teams.
• Assist with basic import/export documents and simple e‑customs tasks.
• Update material inventory data and monitor stock levels.
• Prepare freight cost documents for the accounting team.
• Create purchase orders to Inter Companies as requested.
• Assist with simple supplier performance checks.
• Follow company procedures under IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.

Your Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Science, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, production planning, or supply chain within the automotive parts industry is a plus.
• Native Thai speaker with strong spoken and written English skills.
• Knowledge of production planning processes.
• Experience with SAP system is a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site at MAHLE Engine Components (Thailand) Co., Ltd. – Serithai Road, Bangkok.
