Machining Engineer (MECT)

Your Contribution

As a Machining Engineer, you will support machining process improvement and manufacturing efficiency to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.

• Develop and improve CNC machining processes, cutting tools, and fixtures.
• Monitor and improve productivity, OEE, cycle time, and process capability.
• Troubleshoot process and quality issues using root cause analysis.
• Support new product launches, engineering changes, and process validation.
• Drive continuous improvement projects related to quality, cost, and productivity.
• Work closely with production, quality, maintenance, and suppliers to optimize manufacturing performance.

Your Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in automotive machining.
• Knowledge of CNC machining, tooling, and process optimization.
• Familiarity with CAD software and manufacturing drawing interpretation.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, SPC, FMEA, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Good analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Good command of Thai and English.
• Willingness to work on-site at MAHLE Engine Components (Thailand) Ltd., Bangchan Industrial Estate, Bangkok.
