Customer Support (MECT)
Your Contribution
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing customer service and coordinating with clients to ensure successful export operations. You will address inquiries, offer support, and liaise with relevant departments to resolve issues and follow up to ensure products and services meet customer expectations.
- Coordinate and facilitate the export of goods to international destinations.
- Receive purchase orders and manage order entries in SAP.
- Create delivery orders, manage packaging plans, and coordinate shipping and transportation arrangements.
- Communicate with logistics service providers regarding shipment and monitor delivery status to ensure timely arrival at the destination.
- Respond to inquiries, resolve initial issues, and handle basic complaints.
- Maintain customer data in SAP and utilize Lotus Notes for document management.
- Provide support for other tasks or activities as assigned by the supervisor.
- Collaborate and provide recommendations for improving the company’s Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System, as well as the Quality Management System.
Your Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or sales.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of customs procedures and export regulations.
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
- Good command of English communication skills.
- Strong customer service, communication, and negotiation skills.
- High level of enthusiasm and attention to detail.
- Experience in the automotive industry will be considered an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site at MAHLE Engine Components (Thailand) Co., Ltd. – Serithai Road, Bangkok.
