Product Process Engineer Stator - Rotor line

MAHLE Powertrain is a global engineering consultancy and part of the wider MAHLE group, specializing in the design, development and integration both of advanced internal combustion engines and of electric powertrain systems. Leading the development in ICE, Electro mobility and future propulsion technologies.

Your contribution:

• Supporting production as an electrical engineer
• Robot programming
• Programming PLCs, cameras, updating existing programs
• Programming 2D readers and cameras
• Programming of AOI systems
• Supervision of electrical and functional test machines
• Creation and update of documentation
• Co-ordinating new product launches, leading independent projects
• Production identification and tracking system creation and maintenance

Your experience and qualifications:

• PLC programming – Siemens TIA portal
• Experience in electic motor production
• Camera programming skill
• Experience with laser marking machines
• Robot programming experience
• Dosing technique knowledge
• Project lead experience, APQP
• Familiarity with the ISO TS 16949, IATF standard
