Your Responsibilities

• Design, install, and continuously improve production equipment and tools
• Coordinate the introduction of new products and independently lead projects
• Prepare and maintain production and quality assurance documentation
• Provide production support to MAHLE's international manufacturing plants
• Support the preventive maintenance team

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in manufacturing and/or engineering
• Knowledge of and experience with CNC controls and programming
• Familiarity with ISO/TS 16949 and IATF automotive quality standards
• Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies and continuous improvement tools
• Willingness to travel for business assignments
