Senior Analyst Plant Controlling (Ayutthaya Plant)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Member of Thailand Controlling Team (total headcount: 4)
  • Works with Thailand Shared Services organization for accounting, finance, taxes, and IT
  • Ensures professional, accurate, and timely financial reporting for the plant
  • Assists Plant Controller with regular, spot, and project support
  • Ensures professional P&L, headcount, investment, inventory, NWC, and cash flow reporting, forecasting, and planning in line with global requirements, policies and tools
  • In charge of Thailand factory cost calculation in line with globally defined processes, tools and standards for preparing quotations and intercompany pricing
  • Member of SAP S/4 HANA implementation project locally for controlling processes
  • Monitors Cost Savings & Plant Operational plans to support strategic initiatives
  • Provides operational explanations for financial variances and prepares bridges
  • Evaluates functional processes in plant controlling and elsewhere for opportunities to simplify, centralize, automate to reduce activities not geared toward improving plant performance
  • Ensures compliance with policies and drives compliance awareness for financial processes

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
  • 5+ years of experience in controlling, finance, accounting, costing or budgeting
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in Controlling or Finance in a Manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work independently and with teams in a global environment
  • Detailed oriented & strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines reliably
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experienced in using ERP such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Excellent command of English and Thai languages
  • Familiar with IFRS & Thai Gaap

 

Optional:

  • CPA or MBA qualification
  • Coding, programming, data analytics or BI experience & skills
  • ERP project/implementation experience
  • Overseas working or living experience
