Your Roles & Responsibilities:

• As an IT application analysis, you will be responsible for Developing and supporting different local applications. You will be expected to work independently following defined guidelines to provide on-time and dependable results.
• As internal application support, responsible for the system modification and daily support
• It will cover different applications include ERP system, OA system and other software
• Collaborate with business BPOs to fulfill business process analysis and design, identify requirements, and translate into application solutions.
• Need to understand the business process of MAHLE for different functions: Purchasing, Sales, IT process, Travel process etc.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive/deliver issue resolution and support change management.
• Train key users on the designed functionality.

Your Skill & Requirements

• 5~8 years working experience；
• Senior level of IT application.
• Good understanding of the business processes within a Manufacturing company
• Development knowledge will be a good plus.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills. Ability to work independent and deal with peaks of stress. Enjoy team working in international environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• 5~8年工作经验;
• 高级IT应用水平。
• 对制造公司的业务流程有良好的理解
• 开发知识优先考虑。
• 较强的人际关系和沟通能力。能够独立工作，并能承受较大的压力。喜欢在国际化的环境下进行团队合作。
• 本科及以上学历。
• 优秀的英语读写能力。
