Production Leader

You Contribution:

• Ensure that production processes are executed efficiently, guaranteeing product quality and effective coordination of the team in charge
• Ensure that quality standards are met at every stage of production
• Motivates and coordinates production staff
• Production line troubleshooting and problem resolution
• Decision making

Your Experience and Qualifications:

• Ensure compliance with the production plan
• Prepare scrap, OEE reports and action plans
• Manage the daily flow of production operations
• Manage operational staff
• Train and support new production team members
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures
• Apply the 5S methodology and Lean Manufacturing
