Your Rol & Responsabilities
- Update and maintain setup and start-up instructions for machinery and equipment
- Update and maintain the PFMEA (Performance and Performance Evaluation) for each product
- Update and maintain the poka-yoke lists for each assembly equipment
- Lead annual process repeatability and reproducibility studies for assembly equipment
- Lead equipment modifications due to engineering changes
- Review, together with new product launch engineers, the sequence of operations, flowchart, PFMEA, product packaging, and the layout of machinery and equipment on the production floor prior to the launch of each program at the plant
- Ensure the preparation and updating of Work Instructions for each process
- Ensure compliance with Change Control
- Maintain and improve cycle times for bottleneck operations
- Participate in reviews and updates of the Product and Process Control Plan
- Ensure compliance with equipment operating conditions (process variables)
- Execute new projects for new part numbers, transfers, or new production lines
Your Skills & Strenghts
- Leadership, Teamwork, Results-oriented
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position (Automotive industry)
- Mechanical, Industrial, and Mechatronics Engineering
- English fluent
- Process FMEA
- PLC´s
