QUALITY ENGINEER

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Quality, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field)

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive industry as Quality Engineer

Skills and Competencies:

• Knowledge of quality standards and regulations (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, etc.)
• Data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, Core Tools, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC
• Experience with SAP and customer portals
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• English proficiency (approximately 70% reading, writing, and comprehension)
• Knowledge of quality software (Minitab, etc.)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality plans for automotive products
• Coordinate quality audits and follow up on non-conformities
• Analyze quality data and propose improvement actions
• Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to ensure product quality
• Train personnel on quality procedures and standards
