QUALITY ENGINEER

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• Master’s degree in Quality (preferred)

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry
• Experience in quality-related roles such as Quality Inspector, Quality Supervisor, or Quality Engineer

Skills and Competencies:

• Knowledge of quality standards and regulations (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, etc.)
• Experience with quality tools (SPC, FMEA, APQP, etc.)
• Data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure

Tools and Software:

• Knowledge of quality software (Minitab, etc.)
• Experience with Quality Management Systems (SAP, etc.)

Certifications:

• Quality certification (Core Tools preferred, etc.)
• Certification in quality standards and regulations (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, etc. preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality plans for automotive products
• Coordinate quality audits and follow up on non-conformities
• Analyze quality data and propose improvement actions
• Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to ensure product quality
• Train personnel on quality procedures and standards
