PROCESS ENGINEER

  • Key Responsibilities

    • Provide technical support to manufacturing operations.
    • Lead continuous improvement and cost-saving projects.
    • Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and visual aids.
    • Update and manage Process FMEA (AIAG/VDA) and risk assessments.
    • Manage CAPEX, safety, and process optimization projects.
    • Support equipment installation, validation, and industrialization activities.
    • Design and improve tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing equipment.
    • Drive process capability studies (CPK, PPK, CMK) and statistical analysis.
    • Apply problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, A3, Pareto, DOE, and Ishikawa

    Qualifications

    •  Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field
    •  Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing/process engineering
    • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and product industrialization
    • Experience with APQP, Process FMEA (AIAG/VDA), and project management
    •  Proficiency in AutoCAD/Inventor and Microsoft Office
    •  Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
    •  Intermediate statistical analysis skills
    •  Advanced English (90% proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing)
