Internal SAP Business Consultant MM/SD

Role Scope and Main Responsibilities:

IT

1. Strong Focus on the ERP-System Transition to SAP HANA. Regional representation of the BU6 interests in the MAHLE Group HANA Project.
2. Development of a regional IT Roadmap with the regional heads and with the global MCI organization. Strong alignment with all relevant counterparts in the organization.
3. Drive the regional digital transformation within the BU6. Development of a regional digitization roadmap for BU6. Cross-functional alignment of digitization pilots in different functions and different regions.
4. Alignment between Business and IT. Central coordination between BU4 needs and MIG IT. Requirement management
5. Set up and manage regional Modul owner and key user organization for all IT-Systems in the region.
6. Ensure availability of IT infrastructure / tools
7. Holistic specification of regional strategic business needs as input for global BU6 IT and digitalization strategy

Project management

1. Alignment between MAG project management tools and requirement.
2. Implement project management requirement into entities and monthly reporting on project performance.
3. Follow up and supporting on necessary resource, escalation and time control on BU6 project.

Candidate Profile:

1. Min. 5 years SAP implementing experience
2. Min. 2 years project management experience

Qualifications:

• Good skill of using SAP
• Good skill of using reporting tools such as PPT and excel
• Good skill in communication
• English skills in speaking , reading and writing.
