Responsibilities:
- Set-up and manage IAM Pricing team of Asia-Pacific
- Set-up Pricing process, structure, working instruction and forms to guide all key users
- Develop pricing strategy for AP in strong alignment with Global Pricing Team and local AP Sales Teams
- Protect budget requirements, especially gross profit as well as developing profitable sales growth and potential
- Define and implement common MAHLE commercial policy for Aftermarket Asia-Pacific
- Responsible for calculated the Target Purchase Price (TPP)
- Responsible for calculation, alignment, and approval of Selling Price Orientation (SPO) with Controlling and Business Heads by entity
- Responsible for calculation, alignment, and approval of yearly price adjustment plan and price list with Controlling and Business Heads by entity
- Responsible for calculation, alignment, and definition of Minimum Selling Price (MSP) per product group with Controlling and Business Heads by entity
- Monthly meeting with local sales teams (based on the Monthly Pricing Report) and define action plan for less margin/less sale items
- Coordinate major price changes with global pricing team
- Organize monthly review meeting with MEs’ GM and function manager
Requirements
- Education: University or above must include Math and English (essential)
- >5 years working experience at Pricing or business analysis
- >2 years team management experience
- Familiar with Excel Power Query
- Fluent in English
