Pricing Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  1. Set-up and manage IAM Pricing team of Asia-Pacific
  2. Set-up Pricing process, structure, working instruction and forms to guide all key users
  3. Develop pricing strategy for AP in strong alignment with Global Pricing Team and local AP Sales Teams
  4. Protect budget requirements, especially gross profit as well as developing profitable sales growth and potential
  5. Define and implement common MAHLE commercial policy for Aftermarket Asia-Pacific
  6. Responsible for calculated the Target Purchase Price (TPP)
  7. Responsible for calculation, alignment, and approval of Selling Price Orientation (SPO) with Controlling and Business Heads by entity
  8. Responsible for calculation, alignment, and approval of yearly price adjustment plan and price list with Controlling and Business Heads by entity
  9. Responsible for calculation, alignment, and definition of Minimum Selling Price (MSP) per product group with Controlling and Business Heads by entity
  10. Monthly meeting with local sales teams (based on the Monthly Pricing Report) and define action plan for less margin/less sale items
  11. Coordinate major price changes with global pricing team
  12. Organize monthly review meeting with MEs’ GM and function manager

Requirements

  1. Education: University or above must include Math and English (essential)
  2. >5 years working experience at Pricing or business analysis
  3. >2 years team management experience
  4. Familiar with Excel Power Query
  5. Fluent in English
