Your contribution:

 

  • Perform all steps required for the correct setup of machines.
  • Independently operate multiple machines and equipment.
  • Read, follow, and interpret project drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
  • Comply with written and verbal instructions.
  • Complete all documentation related to quality assurance, including initial, intermediate, and final inspections.
  • Maintain equipment by performing daily TPM and 5S activities.
  • Provide support or substitute for line technicians or other employees when needed.
  • Manage materials on the production line.
  • Conduct operator training, mentoring, and monitoring.
  • Promote and contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at reducing process losses.
  • Ensure smooth material flow throughout the production process.
  • Identify defects in products and components.
  • Record types of defects and inform the supervisor and other responsible production staff.
  • Inspect parts and assemblies according to prescribed criteria, standards, and required frequency.
  • Program devices during the introduction of new products.
  • Supervise workers during task execution (safety, quality, machine usage).
  • Detect and resolve irregularities in work equipment (tools, operating methods, machine wear parts, etc.).
  • Collaborate with maintenance staff on troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
  • Operate machines or components, monitor workpieces, and record data in prescribed production process documents.
  • Adjust parameters for optimal performance.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor or team leader within the area.

 

Your experience and qualifications:

 

  • Education level: Secondary vocational education (3-year program).
  • Work experience: 2–5 years of operational experience.
  • Language skills: English – A1 (basic level).
  • Independence and proactivity.
  • Basic problem-solving methodology.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • High motivation.
  • Understanding of relevant technologies.
  • Ability to work in a team.
