Your contribution:
- Point of contact for direct and indirect employees regarding individual and personal employee concerns, grievances, disciplinary hearings, complaints and wellbeing, e.g. support regarding frequent and long-term absence, grievances, investigation, disciplinary
- Responsible for coordinating and supporting disciplinary hearings, grievances & all employee-related complaints
- Create awareness, sensitize on identified grievance topics and derive action in collaboration with HR and other relevant stakeholders
- Provide advanced advisory and manage cases end-to-end coordinating between different internal and external stakeholders (e.g. company health care provider)
- Investigation and analysis of concerns or challenges of employees, identification of patterns and areas of frequent concerns and development of solutions
- Support in ad hoc operational requests from management
- Support audit requests and activities as well as legal checks
- Local point of contact to help White Collar and Blue-Collar employees transition towards the TIM model, especially to using ESS and Shared services
- Give guidance on future interactions and coordinate with go-to persons
- Provide and update content for digital touchpoint as a subject matter expert
- Close collaboration and regular exchange with Local HRBPs on employees and business topics
- Close collaboration with regional CoEs, especially P&S Management during the transition period
- Involvement in discussions with Unions to resolve employee-related issues
Your experience & qualifications:
- Academic education with a bachelor's degree or higher
- Educational background in HR and is an advantage
- 5+ years of progressive relevant experience in HR
- Experience in dealing with stakeholders on different levels
- Fluent in English and Slovenian language (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of Labor Law
- Expert knowledge in recruitment & sourcing
